Information on recruitment:

1. Where can I submit my application?

Please submit your application at your Academy account - log in and then upload your CV and cover letter.

2. Should I send my application in English or Polish?

We accept applications written in English and Polish, so please choose one of those languages.

3. When should I apply?

The closing dates are settled individually for a given edition. You should check www.comangle.com/academy to check the most recent information.

4. How will you carry out the recruitment process?

After looking through the applications we will contact the chosen candidates and they will receive an e-mail with tasks. The cooperation will be a result of completing tasks provided by ComAngle.

5. How many people will have a chance to start trainings?

We do not limit ourselves to a given number. We are waiting for your applications and we will choose the best ones!

6. I am a student - does it make my participation in the recruitment process impossible?

Students can also apply to be a part of ComAngle's Academy. If you are a student and you will be recruited you should give us your precise timetable and agree on the time that you visit the company with your supervisor.

7. What skills should I have to be recruited?

Candidates should have AS3/C#/C++/HTML5/JS/PHP knowledge or specialize in one of the following areas: game designs, composing music, 2D/3D graphic designs and animations. However, if you have no experience in any of those areas you can also apply.

8. Do I need a certain level of education to take part in the recruitment process?

You can apply regardless your major but we prefer people who studied in the fields of information technology, economics and philology.

Information on trainings:

1. How long does the training take?

The length of the trainings is settled for a given edition. To find the most recent information please check www.comangle.com/academy.

2. Where will the trainings take place?

The trainings will take place online - you will receive all the tasks via e-mails and you will also contact your supervisor online.

3. What kind of tasks will I be given?

The tasks are issued by the coordinator and the subject matter depends on the theme of the edition.

4. In addition to tasks connected with games will I also perform tasks from other fields?

Depending on the abilities of the participant, the tasks will be adjusted individually.

5. When do the trainings take place?

The trainings are task-oriented so the most important thing is if you can deliver the results according to the settled schedule. You can discuss your availability with the coordinator and adjusting to deadlines is crucial. Thanks to task-oriented trainings you can take part in ComAngle Academy even if you have a full-time job or university classes to attend to.

6. Is it possible to perform tasks remotely?

Yes, the tasks can be performed remotely as you receive the tasks and feedback online.

7. What positions may I apply for after the training?

Participants will be trained in the direction of the following positions: Game Programmer, Game Designer, Game Musician, Video Game Producer, QA Tester and Video Game Artist.

8. Will the participants have the opportunity to be employed after trainings?

Yes, the best participants may expect a job offer from ComAngle.

9. Will I receive any certifications after finishing the trainings?

Each participant will be given a certification on completing the ComAngle Academy's programme.




Technical matters:

1. I can not log in.

Make sure that the logging data has been entered correctly. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.

2. I have exceeded the limit of attempts of typing my password.

In this case, wait until the support staff will reset your previous password. The corresponding message will be sent to your e-mail.

3. I do not remember my login and password.

In the login panel there is an option of reminding that kind of information. You should use it and follow the displayed instructions.

4. The privacy of my account has been violated.

In such cases, please immediately notify the department of technical assistance and to secure your profile you should change the password.

5. My messages do not reach the recipient.

Such situation should be immediately reported to technical support. We also advise you to change your password.

6. I cannot change my account information.

Please refresh the page and try again. Another solution is to log out of your account and log back on. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.

7. I cannot set an avatar image.

Please make sure that the type and the image size are in accordance with the instructions placed in the user account panel.

8. My account was locked.

If the message about the blocked account, describing the cause of this incident, was not delivered to your e-mail address, please contact technical support or send a message through the contact form located on the website.

9. I have not received the registration confirmation email.

Please fill the registration form again or contact technical support.

10. The website prompts me to install the plugin.

Please agree to installing the plugin and then follow the instructions during installation.

11. I cannot register with the username that I chose.

Your username is already taken - please use a different name.

12. I do not have access to the mailbox which address I provided during the registration.

If the access to the mailbox will not be recovered, please go to the user profile to change your e-mail in the options.

13. I would like to contact technical support.

14. After removing the account, I can still login.

Your account will be deleted within 7 days after you send the notification. If you change your mind, you should contact technical support.
